Instructions to Reset Your Password

Please follow the steps below to reset your password:

1. Enter the Confirmation Code: Check your email for the password reset code we sent you. Enter this code in the “Enter the confirmation code” field. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as the email may have been filtered there.

2. Set a New Password:

• Enter a secure new password in the “New password” field. Your password should be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.

• Re-enter the same password in the “Confirm new password” field to ensure they match.

3. Check for Matching Passwords: Make sure that both password fields match. The “Reset Password” button will only be enabled when the confirmation code is entered correctly, both passwords match, and all required fields are filled in.

4. Submit the Form: Once all fields are correctly filled and the passwords match, click the “Reset Password” button to finalize the password reset process.
