Refund and Delivery Policy

Delivery first principle

QuickShooters is designed to deliver TRON Energy and Bandwidth after an exact payment is matched to an active order.

When delivery is completed to the receiver address, the order is generally final because blockchain resource actions cannot be reversed by QuickShooters.

When manual review is needed

Manual review may be required when a user sends the wrong amount, sends payment after quote expiry, sends duplicate payments, pays from an unsupported route, or when a provider/network failure interrupts fulfillment.

Users should save the order id and transaction hash and contact support through the app or Telegram bot.

Refund eligibility

Refunds may be considered when payment was received but resource delivery did not happen, or when a duplicate/incorrect payment can be safely reconciled.

Network fees, third-party provider costs, consumed resources, and already completed deliveries may be non-refundable.

• Do not pay again while an order is under review.
• Refunds, if possible, may be reduced by network costs or provider costs.
• Wrong receiver addresses are the user’s responsibility once resources are delivered.

Timing

Most normal orders should update automatically after payment confirmation and resource delivery.

Manual review can take longer depending on network data, provider response, and payment traceability.
