Data we process

QuickShooters processes the minimum data needed to quote, create, match, monitor, and support resource rental orders.

We do not request or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.

• Public wallet addresses and receiver addresses entered by the user.
• Order details such as Energy amount, Bandwidth amount, quote amount, payment address, payment status and delivery status.
• Public blockchain transaction hashes and payment-matching metadata.
• Provider health, routing, delivery, and source log data.
• Telegram username or chat identifiers when the Telegram bot is used.
• Assistant chat messages when the helper is used.

How data is used

Data is used to calculate quotes, match payments, deliver resources, troubleshoot orders, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and answer support questions.

Public blockchain data is already visible on the TRON network. QuickShooters stores relevant references so orders can be tracked and supported.

Sharing

QuickShooters may send necessary order information to upstream resource providers to fulfill a rental.

We do not sell private customer data. We may disclose information if required to protect the service, investigate abuse, or comply with lawful requests.

Retention and security

Order and operational logs may be retained to support users, reconcile payments, prevent fraud, and improve delivery quality.

No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Users should keep wallets, browsers, devices, and seed phrases secure.
